We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Standard shipping to Canada is calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Returns

We want you to love your Lumière Bridal crown. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Please contact us at our contact page to initiate a return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
