Refund Policy

We want you to love your Lumière Bridal piece. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for any reason.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • Item must be in resellable condition (no makeup, perfume, or styling product residue)
  • You must have your order number or proof of purchase

How to start a return

Email us at contact@lumierebridal.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item if there is a quality issue
  • Brief reason for return

We respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs

  • Defective or wrong item: we pay return shipping
  • Change of mind or fit issue: you pay return shipping (typically $5-$15 depending on origin)

Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt at our facility. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 3-10 business days depending on your bank.

Partial refunds without return (when authorized)

If your situation meets all three of the following, we may issue a partial refund without requiring a physical return:

  • Order total ≤ $20
  • Item is defective with photo proof, or order is over 30 days late
  • You contact us within 24 hours of identifying the issue

Non-returnable items

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
  • Items damaged by misuse, alteration, or normal wear
  • Items returned after the 30-day window without prior authorization

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank statement and pending transactions
  2. Contact your credit card company (some take longer to post)
  3. If still missing, email us with your order number — we investigate immediately

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different variant (gold ↔ silver), return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Email contact@lumierebridal.com within 48 hours with photos. We expedite a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund — your choice.
