We currently ship to:
- United States (all 50 states)
- Canada
- French Polynesia

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Most orders ship from our United States fulfillment center to minimize delivery time.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you don't see it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Possible causes of delay:
- Carrier delays (USPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Address errors (please double-check at checkout)
- Customs clearance (international orders)
- Peak seasons (holidays, weddings May–September)
If your order is more than 14 days late for US, 21 days late for Canada, contact us — we'll investigate and either expedite a replacement or refund.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped within the United States, Canada, and French Polynesia rarely incur customs fees because most ship from our domestic warehouse.
International orders outside these zones may incur import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and not included in the price.
Wrong address
We ship to the address provided at checkout. If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 4 hours of ordering — we may still be able to update before shipment. After shipment, address changes are not possible and we cannot refund returned-to-sender packages.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package:
- Check with neighbors, building manager, mail room
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes scans are early)
- File a claim with the carrier
- Email us — we'll help where possible
We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we always investigate good-faith claims.
